Order Procedure

  1. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email within three working days to reconfirm your orders and the charges*
    * Charges= Total item prices + Handling & Shipping fees from TWN to SGP
  2. If order information requires updates, please re-send complete order details. Another confirmation email will be sent to finalize all details
  3. When all order details are correct, please ensure payment within 48 working hours
  4. Then email us your payment information - refer to Payment Procedure
  5. A notification email will be sent to confirm if payment is successfully received
  6. We will send you an email when the orders have reached Singapore. Please make payment for the local postage fees** and we will be ready to send the orders!
    **Local postage fees: Local item postage + Packing/ Handling fee
